The series of trainings on the topic: "Women's Rights and Gender Equality ”, which was attended by more than 200 women involved in the Women’s Economic Empowerment project has ended.

The trainings were held from 5 to 25 March 2022 and covered issues such as:gender, gender identity, gender norms and socialization, gender stereotypes and sexual harassment. The trainings were led by Ana Lobzhanidze.

Members of self-help groups gained knowledge about women’s rights, became actively involved in discussions and talked about their own experiences.

The project is implemented by Taso Foundation with the support of the UN Women and the Government of Norway.
