On March 11, a presentation and photo exhibition of the publication "We, women, have power" was held in Akhaltsikhe municipality.
The publication reflects the individual changes, community achievements and successful experiences of cooperation with the local self-government of the women members of the rural self-help group.
Representatives of UN Women Georgia, Swiss Development and Cooperation, Austrian Development Cooperation Agencies and the Mayor of Akhaltsikhe Municipality and Chairman of the City Council took part in the first panel of the event.
In the second panel, heroes of the publication, women members of the self-help group and the representative of "Taso Foundation" took part, and talked about their achievements and changes.
